Shipping

Every order is stocked, packed, and shipped in house from our shop in Rockford, Michigan. Orders usually leave us within one to two business days.

• Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100
• Flat rate standard shipping under $100
• Local pickup available at the shop

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase and return shipping is on us.

• Items should be unworn and unwashed with tags attached
• Sale items are final sale unless faulty
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives
• To access our self-serve returns, log into your account.
  

Damaged or incorrect items

Get in touch within seven days of delivery and we'll make it right, quickly and without fuss.
